What is a ROOM101 Access Key?

A ROOM101 Access Key is a time-limited digital pass that unlocks our members-only video library. You choose the length of your plan (24 hours, 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months) and enjoy everything included during that period.

Is it a subscription?

No. Each Access Key is a one-time purchase for a fixed period. Your plan ends automatically when the period finishes. If you want to continue, you simply purchase a new Access Key.

Will my purchase appear on my bank statement?

Your statement will show the billing name “SELCA.”
Nothing related to ROOM101 or adult content will appear.

What happens after I purchase an Access Key?

You will receive an email to the address you entered with the subject “Room101 Invoice”.
Please complete your payment from that email.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive another email with the subject “Room101 – Access Key”.
Click the link in that email and enter your digital key, and your plan will start automatically.

What is included in the 1-Year VIP plan?

With the 1-Year VIP plan, you get 12 months of full access to ROOM101 plus exclusive VIP benefits.
You can also enjoy unlimited 1-on-1 (2-shot) sessions, which are only available with the 1-Year VIP plan.
Additional VIP perks include invitations to in-person events and special limited merchandise.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Before your access key is issued, we may be able to help you cancel or change your plan if you contact us quickly. However, because ROOM101 is 100% digital content, we cannot offer refunds after your access key has been issued.
